.308 and .243 are in factory production as standard AR-10 configurations.  Teppo Jutsu is working on a .50 caliber wildcat.

The beauty of Stoner's system is it's customizability.  What do YOU want to see next?

Personally, I think a .45-70 Gov't upper would be dandy.

.30-40 Krag?

Rimmed cartridges in a autoloader are bad juju.

I'd like to get creative but SSK Industries already beat me to it. They have AR-10 uppers in calibers for everything from rabbit to T-Rex. And some that are just plain wiered.
