Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help, is this a preban ?

On receiver left side it reads:

"Colt Symbol"
SPORTER
Match HBAR
cal. 223
Ser. MH 072XXX

I am not familiar with Colt, can somebody help to verify if this is indeed a preban rifle ? The rifle has a FH but no bayo lug. I own Bushmaster and PWA, both prebans and post. But I am blind when it comes with COlts .... help.

Call the 1-800 number for Colt to verify it but yes it is a preban
