I have an AR (Rock River A4 with 2 stage trigger) that does not return to battery until I allow the trigger to reset. Rock River is on vacation for a week and I can't reach them. Any one with any similar experiences?

Does the cocked hammer drag excessively on the bolt carrier when you retract it?

When I cycle bolt carrier with the charging handle with the hammer in the cocked position it cycles fine. If I dry fire and hold the trigger in the reward position, the bolt carrier does in fact drag actually stopping the bolt carier's rearward movement. The strangest part is I can switch the uppers and lowers between to RR rifles and both will work fine.
