Now, as for the gun for your daughter, come on ya louse, give her a nice telestocked AR carbine with a .22 conversion !!!   I bought my oldest a similar rifle as the one pictured which gets passed on to the next one in line as they grow older BUT, I really got tired of the "DAD !!!  why can't I have the cool looking one !!!"  It's hard for them to sit there and shoot a bolt action while dad blasts away !!
It's great your getting her shooting !!  Mom will just have to understand.
