guys need your help, i have been offered a trade for a new in the box olympic car 97, for my century r1a1 fal on a imbel receiver, and 1000 rounds of port ammo. would you make the trade. the fal has never been fired. the ammo is still in the wooden crate. im trying to focous on one cal and since im not going get rid of my preban colt. im going stick with 5.56 need to know what you think. Personally,

I wouldn't do it. But that is me. I also think you should keep an MBR on hand.

BTW he is by far getting the best deal.

I wouldn't do it.  5.56 and .308 are a nice caliber to have.  You might get boried of the having everything the same caliber.  I have multiple calibers to keep me busy.  30-06,.308,.223,7.62x39,9mm,.45,.357,12ga.

if the fal functions properly. DO NOT TRADE. my century had bad head space. now it's a rock and roll shooting machine. Oly ain't the best quality either. jmho.
