It looks like you just use the pistol frame and a metal "feed ramp" that you stick on the frame to get the bullet to feed up into the barrel.
www.mechtechsys.com/Mech-Tech%20Glock.htm I think it says you could also use a 45 glock frame with the 10mm version of the carbine as long as you get some 10mm clips and vice versa Oh god forbid, I meant magazines, forgive me. |

So... someone finally got around to realizing that Hi Point had a damn fine idea to mfg a carbine around a pistol platform, but built it on crappy product.

I shot a 1911 .45 ACP "Basic" version with the wire stock and a red dot scope.
It was very cheesy feeling. The owner liked it, but I thought it stunk. |

You can't go wrong with a 10mm.It will handle self defense,hunting or just plinking.

I saw a similar Charles Daley in a pawn shop recently while on a trip, but the dolt working in there told me he wasn't even alowed to go behind the firearms counter to tell me the price. Dammit.
