When I do dry fire practice drills with my pistols the double actions are more fun, does anyone know of a double action rifle?

I've never heard of nor seen one. Rifles use the extraction process to cock the hammer/bolt. Thus a DA rifle wouldn't do anything other than move the hammer on something like a lever action, IMO.

I've never seen a DA rifle, but Mossberg makes a DA shotgun.
