Springfield Armory Mil-Spec 1911.
I got mine for $469. I've heard of several people finding them $400 - $425. Great no-frills kind of pistol. Of course, if you want frills, the "loaded" Springfields can be had for $600 - $650.  |

Very nice. Of course, with the rail system on the operator it's required I suppose, but I like the look of it too. |

I have never handled one, but I assumed it would get in the way of a press check. And we know what assumed gets you.
