I just got a set of the Protektor leather rifle bags, front and rear. I'm wondering, since they are leather does anybody treat the leather with anything?

i use PURE 100% Neetsfoot Oil......

got mine from Brownells, many years ago, still have three cans out of a dozen.....

ooooh, i forgot to mention, i made mine from Elk hide, treated it well prior to filling.....
