massive quantities of street drugs. What could possibly make a Springfield 1903 worth a asking price of $3700? I figured a bunch of Gold came with it, but I guess not. Seriously, anybody have an answer, besides the possibility that he is just trying tosomebody

If there is no further info, that is, it's a plain jane '03 in good condition, then the guy is indeed on drugs.  For $3700 it would have to be perfect, all matching parts, and once owned by Teddy Roosevelt
