Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - what is the difference?

what is the dif in  M4, Sp1 sp2 and other versions of the ar?  i have a guy who wants to sell a SP1 pre-ban for 1500 - 1700 i think and he said the m4 could get up to 2400.  so whats the dif?

Sp1- A1 upper triangular handguards, 20" bbl 1-7 twist I think. A1 Buttstock

Never heard of Sp2, Im not a Colt nut so there may be one. Or do you mean A2?

M4- Has a 14.5" BBL A2 or FlatTop upper. From what I understand a real Colt Preban Marked M4 is worth alot as they are rare. Also has Telestock.
