Some gun stores, gun shows, online from Bushmaster and other sights, and sometimes the Equipment Exchange. For the mean time the point of a round will work.

The other thing to note is that if you decide to install Trijicon night sights, you need to bore out the hole in the tool (I just went all the way through), as it won't fit the rectangular post otherwise. But a sight tool is a must-have for installing the (excellent) Trijicons.
