My new bushy came with there 3 rail gas block and flip up front sight.(very nice)My question is how do you put a sling swivel stud on.Can I remove one of the three set screws on the bottom of the block and put a sling stud in?

Get a KAC rail mount sling swivel.  It can be attached to your side rail.

Nah,  those are heavy and spendy if you don't need that level of modularity.

You can just thread a sling stud in the bottom hole.
