Has (or does) anyone ever made a titanium lower receiver?

I'm not interested in purchasing one.  I just asking out of curiosity.

Tannery Shop shows an 80 percenter on their website.  I think somebody in Houston sells a finished TI lower, but I'm old & tired & suffering from CRS.  If I find it tomorrow I'll post it here.
