Does anyone here have any experience with G.A. Precision (not Georgia Precision) or George Gardner built bolt rifles? Good, bad or ugly?

The ROCK is a damn good tactical rifle. Good to about 1/3 MOA and built like a tank though it was designed NOT to weigh like one.
