Joe Sixpac can ship long guns through USPS. You have to be licensed to ship and receive handguns through USPS. About a third of the handguns I get come from USPS...

You are right and they are wrong. You can get the form from http://www.titleii.com click on forms. Only for dealers/manuf.

TommyBrown seems to have the definitive answer...
I've always heard "No"...no one is allowed to ship handguns via the Post Office. However, the last one I bought was shipped to me that way, so I guess they followed the procedures that TommyBrown provided a link for. |

Walk into the PO with your FFL,fill out a form,leave a copy of the FFL and you may ship any firearm.
