I notice in the shotgun news and evan when I went to the Big Reno Gun show this past March that everytime I see these things it says Law Enforcement only, can anyone tell me if these can legally be purchased anywhere by civilians?

Prebans can be purchased by civilians.  Sometimes hard to find and they run about $600.  Ruben Mendiola (sp) sells them remanufactured.
