Does two inches really make any difference? (no jokes!)
I was told the 18" Butler creek barrels used to be 20" but they screwed up the crown then cut it down.
I don't see the advantage to using a shorter barrel on a heavy target rifle.

I agree with Shoot

You will get the highest velocity at 16-18", so the 20" will likely not get much better performance.
