There was a notice regarding this recall of Remington rifles in the monthly newsletter from a gunclub I belong to. The link to the Remington website below has the specifics, and I listed a couple of other articles about the subject. Please don't take this as any kind of comment by me as to the lawsuits that apparently caused this recall or whether Remington's design of these rifles was really defective if one followed proper safety procedures, I just thought it was worth passing along.
