Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope mount for early Mini 14?

Does anyone make a scope mount for the 180 series Mini 14? I know Bsquare makes them for 181 and later series but they won't work. Also will the 20rd mags work in this rifle?

Seems I saw one a number of years ago, like it was in Brownell's but might have been Sarco, Gun Parts, or wherever.  Might drop them a line and see if have anything sitting in the junk box, or  picture so you'd know what to look for at shows.  Only one I ever saw.

Other option is to have Chief AJ set it up for a scout scope--where it sits out over the barrel rather than on receiver.
