Are they made to Mil-Spec?

What color/type of finish do they have?

How's their overall quality?

I'm thinking about getting one to go on my pre-ban Olympic Arms and I'm trying to get a close color/finish match.

Pete-in-NH has a slammin' deal on them and I'd hate to miss the boat...
