Ok I wont say I know alot, but I do know if you want a quality & reputable AR rifle or part/upper,etc a guy would be safe with Bushmater,Colt,DPMS,or Armalite. I browse through Shotgun News and see rifles, uppers,and parts by companies like: Model 1 sales, M&A parts, and J&T distibuting. Are these companies any good? Do they make there own parts or just distibute other makers parts and if so who makes them? I see stainless bull uppers with choice of 16,20,or 24" and 1/8 or 1/9 for $325. That same upper from DPMS would lay you away $675. Anybody have info on these other companies?

Buy from the first four you stated....in this order......A B C D ......otherwise.....caveat emptor.......

I would recomend this order: C, C, C, or C.

Rock River Arms makes an excellent lower.

Stay away from DPMS, Model 1, and Sherluk.
