Hello
I have never seen these wire racks you speak of, but I have one of these fabric covers on the inside door of our safe that has nylon holsters for pistols. The holsters are velcroed onto the fabris. You wouldn't think velcro would hold a heavy pistol, but it does so very well. |

I also have the velcro setup and think it works great. Much preferable to be able to move the holsters around based on what is in the front area of the safe.
