Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Pistol Grip Color

I noticed on the new lower I bought, that the pistol grip was more shiny than the Colt pistol grip (late '99 production).  It seemed the Colt pistol grip was more matte.  I prefer the matte color.  I'm not sure if the grip I have is DPMS or Bushmater.  
Does anyone know if Colt is the only one that makes the more dull pistol grip?

Am I the only person that finds the matte color more appealing?

the matte will also lessen your radar signature.
