Hey I want to spray n' sponge a couple rifles when I get back home.  Is there a big difference between Krylon and Rustoleum?  Are the paints about the same color or is it good to mix and match between the two?  If you have any pics of your mix/matches I would love to get a feel for what I should look for!

Yes, there is a huge difference between Rust-Oleum and Krylon. Krylon is like colored water. Rust-Oleum has much a much higher solids content and covers a lot better.

so do you mean you just need to spray more thoroughly with the krylon to acheive the same effect as rustoleum?

I mean you have to spray many more coats with Krylon to achieve the same hide as Rust-Oleum. More coats = more $$$
