Micro uses C-mount lens unless your lucky enough to own a ENVIS (703M) obj lens. Pittbull is one of my favorite mono housings ever I’ve had both Anvis and 14 lens  pittbull models. Really like the size/weight and higher power IR Illum built in.

Yes mainly optics, IR Illum better on pittbull(can use pvs-7 focusable illum) and the pit bull seems machined out more meaning less weight.

If your planning to helmet mount the pittbull wins out. If you just viewing hand held the micro with good 50mm (2x) C mount lens is a pretty awesome viewer.

You can also buy just the MOD-3 mono housing if alone too.

I thought about doing that (Mod3 mono), but decided not to spend the $.

I’d love to find a used Pittbull without a tube. Haven’t though.
