I don't know anybody who is commercially and reliably repotting image intensifier tubes today.  This business seems to be gone and I see it as a good news.  As far as the tube is concerned, I have a very strong suspicion that those scopes used Russian Gen 2 tubes.  Check out the tube.  If it looks like one of the standards (ANVIS, PVS-14, etc) configurations you can try to find somebody who can replace the tube.  However, my guess is that you will find that the tube in your scope has flat glass as input and flat glass (if it's non-inverting) or fiber optic (inverting) as an output.  In this case, you may be out of luck and your only option is to replace it with another compatible Russian tube if you can find it.  The more information you'll be able to collect and share about your tube (including dimensions), the higher the chance that somebody may recognize it as laying in his drawer.
