Be darned sure that you won't be violating any laws pertaining to the export of technology.

Years ago, I bought a Gen 1 night scope built around an old Russian tube. I learned that even though it originally came from Russia, it's still illegal to export or remove it from the country.

May be bull excrement, but the way this .gov operates, it would not surprise me.

Got the same "Absolutely nothing shipped outside the United States" reply from me that I have in my "contact us" form that people from outside the US still use to ask the same question.

That or it needs to be reported to the ATF. There are a lot of refugees to Germany that come from parts of the world that are active war zones. No one is dumb enough to sell gen 3 night vision to someone with a middle east address, but someone might sell to a European address.

Pretty sure the ATF (DOJ) wouldn't care.

The State Department (and Customs/Homeland) on the other hand, they ITAR.

I got one asking for a m4 armorers manual. I’ve never discussed one online before. This came through the arfcom email system.

He wanted me to ship it to Costa Rica. He was serving there and they only had older versions of manual.
