Hi, it's an A.R.M.S. #38 SPR..Mine is a bit old around 6 years...See Edwins pic below mine..   Edwin, has a newer version that has the PEQ slot at the front.

It looks like it doesn't attach to the front handguard, so you can use a cheaper FF handguard (instead of a 300$+ rail setup). Thanks for the info!!
