He/She does NOT give any info on the PAQ unit nor the targets he talked about.  ANYTHING overseas IS a risk of course.  One other thing to keep in mind, if any restricted items come through on customs and they confiscate it, you out of luck and your money!

That might be the infamous guy in England doing the western union scam. I would not buy ANYTHING like this from someone overseas. I sure there are few units for sale overseas but if it looks too good to be true...
