Bit of a rant, with a question.

June of 2016 I submitted 2 form 1's through the Efile system, both for Wilson Combat SBR's.  Two days before 41F I was called and told one was disapproved because of the model name, not both but one.  I explained both were the same and she said to go ahead and resubmit both to be safe and get in before the changes, said to wait on approvals and then refund one if both forms for one firearm are approved.

Well today I get all the approvals and sure enough, I have two approvals for the same firearm.  So I called, an asshole answered the phone and said it will be refunded automatically in 90 days.  So after a year waiting, I get to wait another 90 days to get my fucking 2nd amendment tax back.  All because the model name on one of two identical lowers was wrong, they were submitted the same (with the name given to me by Wilson Combat).

Has anyone else had a double approval/refund?  Did it actually kick it out automatically with a refund?  I'm skeptical, mainly because of obvious government ineptitude.
