I submitted three in the past month, the control numbers were 6000+ apart from the first to the last.

Seems like 41p panic combined with tax returns has the queue kicking pretty good. How many are you waiting on?

dear god I just want to have a suppressor for my pistol after the specwar 7.62. My would I have to stay that AR15 members have money to burn on a whim

. Would anyone mind donationing to the Johnson32 fun for a veper 12 sbs.

Mine are two SBR (no real cost beyond the stamp) and one can (I'm a machinist with a pile of spare titanium) so largely no cost there.

I'd say make friends with a machinist!

I bought my trust 5 yrs ago and never used it, paid $450 back then. I wasn't following the NFA world and then saw some posts on the 41p issue. I sold a few items from my collection to make funds available to make use of that trust before May came around. CLEO here never signs, I would have to go to the head of the State Police and explain to the wife why I need her fingerprints! If it doesn't pass in May, I'll slow down a bit, but still have a few toys I need/want to get.

3 eForm 1s in process; I'll be sending a new Form 4 as soon as my Kestral AK gets from SS to my local C3 (shipped yesterday).

41P had a minimal influence, if any, on the 1s and none at all on the 4.

Paper Form 1 Freeze Plug 30 caliber can under my Corp, and Form 3 to my dealer for a Gemtech TREK off Gunbroker.

If I had been able to get in on the cheap TrRants I would be waiting on another Form 3 to my dealer for that.

41P did not affect my decision at all, my sheriff will sign for anything I ask for, I just jumped on the TREK cause it was a good deal, and the Form 1 Freeze Plug can looked neat and is cheap!

2 - F1's left for me. Might submit for a few more...but might not. Debating if I want to SBR another AR15 lower (only have 1 SBR AR), get a cz evo and form 1 that, or get a VEPR12 and SBS that. I am also considering making a few more F1 suppressors (2-4 K length, 1 7.62 OTB, and 2 direct thread.

$1200 worth of forms pending, $2200 sitting in the approved folder.

I could of bought a Mac-10 for what I have in the SBRs, SBS's, DDs, and Cans. I was in a complete rush to beat 41P though.

I'm taking a break from submitting forms for a while. I just put a Lone Wolf Ord. 1919A4 on layaway at the LGS with the Tripod and carriage mount for $2600. that was too good of a price to pass up for a belt fed with two ground mounts. Learning about the browning rod of death was fun.

Not trying to hijack but instead of starting a new thread I'm sure you guys know what to do.

Today I am planning on submitting my first ever form 1 with a trust and I will be doing 2. One for the SBR which is using an Anderson lower the second is a Form 1 suppressor.

Question 1- When submitting the trust paper work do i include the schedule A, (or list of items in the trust) and do i include the schedule B (or beneficiaries page)?

Question 2- If i do have to include the schedule A. Do i list anything?, just the Anderson lower info? or both lower info & FMI for the suppressor and designate my own model/SN?

And yes 41p speculation is pushing me to stop the procrastination and get this done.

I've got three efile form 1's pending and seven form 4's pending. I've got three more items that are waiting for form 3 to clear. Also, now that Indiana will allow SBS's there will be more efile form 1's in my future....
