Can anyone give me the full address and if it's the ATF or who it is supposed to be? I've been looking over the net and I have gotten a few different answers.

I'm sorry to sound like a newbie but I am so be gentle.

Circuits I mean what is the full address for the DOJ? I was going to pay with a USPS MO since I don't like to use checks and they have a spot at the bottom for full address?

The full mailing address where you send payment is listed on the form...

e.g. Form 1:

To: National Firearms Act Branch, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, 244 Needy Road, Suite 1250, Martinsburg, WV 25405

a. Tax Paid. Submit with your application a
check or money order for $200 made payable
to the Department of the Justice. Upon
approval of the application, this office will
acquire, affix, and cancel the required
“National Firearms Act: stamp for you.

If you're trying to put more than that information down, you're overthinking things...

That's the part at the top of the form...in the instructions (pages 3 & 4)  you find:

g. Remittance. If the application is subject to the making tax, a check or money order, made payable to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, in the amount of $200.00 must be submitted with the ATF Form 1. Do not send cash.

OP...they'll take the MO made out to DOJ or BATFE (or probably several other things), but definitely use the address at the top of the form. It's different for F1 vs F4.
