Hello I have few questions:

Is it to late to apply for the form 1 to make a SBR or is this still a good time before the ban passes on? I don't have much experience in this area as it will be my first time doing SBR.

I know that this process used to take about 6 months before, what happens if I send in the paper work before and ban DOES pass on, what happens then?

Thanks I hope the ban does not pass.

Get your paperwork in and be prepared to wait. The last ban had no effect on NFA firearms and I doubt a future one would either. A year ago my paperwork took 7 months to come back, probably even longer now.

No gun ban will be passed by this Congress. Nobody knows what the next Congress will do.
