I just opened a letter from the BATFE which contained a correction needed for my form 1.

The reason listed for being returned is " Trust may be insufficent. Schedule of Compensation for trustee."

I am thinking this is a problem with what I sent as "schedule A" which contained the items my trust owned prior to sending the sbr paperwork. Do I simply need to rename what I have as Schedule A to " Schedule of Compensation for trustee" and return that along with this correction letter?

Being as today is the 4th, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to call unless my fix is as simple as I think it is.

You need to read your trust and see what schedules are mentioned.  If a Schedule A and Schedule of Compensation are both mentioned, then you will need both.
