I have a 11.5 upper for sale on the EE. A member from California whats it. Can I sell it to him and ship it? Sorry for the stupid question. I'm not sure what the state of Cali's laws are. I do think he is LEO.

I have NO clue as to the laws of the PRK.  Probably more LEO than you know  .. I won't ship ANYTHING to CA .. its not that I hate them .. its that their state is so FUCKED .. no one can keep track of their asinine laws!
