I can't complain too much about waiting 15 weeks if government employees are willing to work on a Sunday.

Anyone else had a weekend approval?

Yes, my last Form1 (for a Destructive Device) was approved on a Sunday (March '09) and took 9 weeks mailbox to mailbox (under an LLC).
