Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - CLEO delegated signature...but in wrong spot?

So, had my form 1 signed at the sheriff's office by his "chief criminal investigator". I assume he needed to have signed in the lower portion marked "BY" (delegated).

Is that right? The lower section? Or would it even matter, as long as someone signed it...?

Yes, the lower section (Signature and Title of Delegated Person).
