I want to SBR my Sig 556 with quad rails. Do I need to get the Form 1 in now?

Is that something that the incoming administration can screw up for everybody?

NFA is pretty "under the radar" for most politicians, but it's hard to tell the future. I

f you have the $200 for the tax stamp, you might as well turn the Form 1 in as soon as you can. The sooner you get the form in, the sooner it will be approved.

Yea, there is no telling what will happen in the future. I sent off two Form 1's for a couple lowers I had laying around just because. I don't have the funds right now to finish the uppers, but at least ( I hope) the paperwork will be complete before any possible rush or whatever is to come.

I got my CLEO signoff and my lower sent off for engraving but I be damned if I aint got my fingerprint cards in the mail from the ATF yet. Thats all I am waiting for before I send my first form 1 off.

It has been over a week since I ordered them but I guess they are busy.
