Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - C&R shipping question

I have a c&r license. If I buy a C&R firearm, I assume it can be shipped directly to me at my home address but do I have to be present or sign for it or anybody in my house can sign for it?

Can this be shipped to my shipping address instead?

It can only be shipped to the address on the C&R license.
Signing depends on how the shipper decides to send it.

Also, don't assume any seller will ship a C&R firearm to you just because it's legal.

A few idiots will only ship to "regular" FFLs, so you may want to get an assurance in advance of the purchase.
