I just ordered a Polish Radom P64 Pistol - 9x18 Caliber from classic fire arms for $199

I know very little about the 9x18 caliber. if you all could teach me about this round and pistol i would appreciate it.

They're actually kinda painful to shoot, being small light blowbacks. I've heard a spring kit will help this greatly.

Otherwise they're not bad for a compact pistol.

Snappy, but not painful.  Very accurate due to fixed barrel.  Double action sucks ass, single action very good.

Is the bore .355 like normal 9mm bulkets?  Can one use cut down 9mm cases to make 9x18 cases?
I have a little ruger lcp in 380 and it has smart recoil. Is p64 around the same?

Can I but extra mags for it easy?
Where can I find the right wolf springs for it?

No, 9x18mm uses a .365" bullet. I think Hornady makes bullets for loading it, but I'm don't know if anyone else does.

You can use 9X19 cases as donors to make 9X18 Maks. Google and YouTube are your friends. It's a bit of work, but I've converted quite a few with great success.
