Last night I visited several vendor sites and saw that many were out of 91/30s.

I've read the sanctions against Russia included Molots, VEPRs and Saigas, and many of the most recent shipments of 91/30s I've seen were Molots, so
could this at least partially explain the current lack of inventory? I'm curious because of the recent Nagant revolvers to hit the market. Doesn't seem to
be impacting those, so unless they were already in the USA or came from a non-sanctioned country well, I guess I'm more interested than anything.

Thoughts?

Most of the mosins were coming out of the satellite countries, Ukraine was one of the bigger ones. So if anything the conflict there is probably causing more of bottle neck on imports then the sanctions against Russia. Also you need to remember that there is a finite number of mosins, and they have been selling them for cheap for years, so we have got to be getting close to the bottom of the barrel.
