anyone know if the FR8 is C&R elegible? Its not on the "list" and I have sold one on the EE and now I need to know If I can ship it to a C&R holder!

1956..so it is exactly 50 years old!

Unless otherwise mentioned specifically on the ATF C&R list (I think this is available from their website), a weapon must be 50 years old.  A 1956 rifle will not become C&R until 1/1/07.

lotta confusionon the FR8's.  a sthey are made from  spainish 43's inthe 50's. i know some go to c+r other dont. best bet is to ask  or look around at cetmerifles.com  or  cetme/fr8 page at gunboards. far asi knew mostguys were shippin them  via C=R
