Interst here as well...which milsurp isnt corrosive?

Any and all mil-surp in that caliber should be considered corrosive. I don't know of any that I've ever heard of that wasn't. Sportsman's Guide has Wolf Premier that are soft points for about $10/20, and Cheaper than Dirt has S&B SP for about the same price.

I have the Silver tip ammo (i forget the manufacturer) but it has been flawless.

dar48 is correct . . .
all surplus will be corrosive. I picked up a couple case of the surplus Polish ammo a few weeks ago for only $65 per case (880 rounds). Seems to be pretty good stuff. The "heavy ball" rounds (198 grain) can really thump the old shoulder ! I like shooting the 148-150 grain ball. For overall general shooting fun the Polish, or Albanian, will do just fine . . . .

Yep. And it always goes boom. Haven't had one dead round out of the can I've shot. |

One of mine seems to like the hungarian yellow tip the best, shoots POA and its pretty accurate (could hit a 10" plate at 200 yds. The other can't hit anything with any ammo, which makes me think there is something wrong with it

My M39s shoot best (steady 1.5" bench) with Wolf 200gr SP. Budget and shoulder say 147gr Hung or Pol for 2". My current case of CZ is from 1962, groups bigger, and even performed a case split.
