I can get a egypt Rasheed in 7.62x39 for $475.

or

Russian SVT-40 in 7.62x54r for $800

Wich one is the better deal/what are they actually worth?

$400 on the Rashid $600 on the SVT(unless they are non-import marked). There were many more SVTs made than the Rashid. I would really go for whichever is in the best condition.
