Can anyone recomend a good heat treating company. I got a turk mauser action that I'm going to do some work on ( laping the lugs, truing the bolt face, ect, ect.... ) and I need it hardend again when I'm done.

none of the stuff mentioned makes it need to be re-heat treated.  mausers aren't heat treated completely anyway.  if you tried you would probably warp it beyond use.  they are induction heated in a few critical areas and that is it.  the rest is left untreated, which adds to their ability to stay together when catastrophic failures happen.
