Does anyone have a list of C&R pistols that use 9mm Luger? And know where to find them for sale?
The Makarovs appeal to me but I'd rather not stock yet another caliber in the house.

Walther P-1s /P-38s would be one

Are all P1s eligible? A lot of vendors are requiring FFLs and don't mention C&Rs.
ETA: Post 4002, it's 2004 backwards!

The P1 is a post-war aluminum frame version of the P38, and none of them are currently eligible for C&R status that I've ever seen.

There have been some Indian surplus Hi-Powers on the market recently, imported by PW Arms.  Dan's Ammo listed them recently IIRC, but they don't show them any more.  I have seen them at my local Gander Mountain, so they are out there.

CZ52's are easily converted to 9mm luger with a barrel swap.

Now i'm intrigued!

Sportsmansguide is the only place I found so far that has 9x19 barrels for the CZ-52. Spare parts for the CZ-52 and mags seem hard to come by...

the L35 Swedish / Finnish Lahti is a interesting Curio relic pistol in 9mm

My understanding is that any pistol over 50 years old is a C&R whether or not it is on a list. If that is the case then anything made before 1955 would be C&R which would include P-08s P 38s, and P-35 (Browning Hi-Powers).

I've seen three places that have had full armorers kits for these.

These guns have been available for years.  It wouldn't surprise me if things weren't starting to dry up.

I wouldn't waste any time.  I see that they have disappeared from the www.makarov.com site.

Of course with SG it may be a crap shoot as to what and when you'll get.

Some guy posted a review in the review section on Goonsnet about the 9mm cz-52 barrel from SG. I think it worked pretty good for him.

I have a C&R Star model B, it is in 9mm Luger. It is sorta like a smaller version of a Ballester Molina.
