Once you have the C&R, what type of letter do you send out to vendors?

Is the letter the same for SOG as it would be for MidWay (midwayusa.com)?

I just used a yellow sticky note the first two times.

Federal Firearms License. Please keep this on file so that we may do business
in the future. Also, if you would send me a copy of your latest catalogue or
sales flyer, and place me on the mailing list for same, I would be most appreciative.

I scanned a copy of my unsigned license at the bottom of a Word document with the above note at the top (taken from the Cruffler site). I then sign both the top and bottom portions with red or blue ink. I sent the same document to about 30 C&R dealers.
