Does anyone know if you can purchase the newer style 10'' round handguard separately? I want to tuck my suppressor under the handguard on my pistol. Heck I may even change the handguard on my old quad rail model as well.

Folks used to be able to buy them direct from S&W's parts department if you knew the product number. They're not awesome at finding parts without the number, and to be fair, they've got quite a lot of them.
Coincidentally, I'd been thinking about replacing some of my old 9"-is SBRs old quad rails that I'd cut down with the new M-LOK pistol rails. (If you simply cut down the longer carbine M-LOK ones, the slots and supports don't 'space' or line up right.) Maybe I'll call a contact over there tomorrow and see if I can find out what the parts numbers are for the M-LOK carbine-long and pistol-short ones.
On that note, I was mildly curious what all the different lengths would look like, so just for funsies, while rewatching the nicely done
"Murder on the Orient Express" (2017 version), I properly scaled and lined everything up in Photoshop. Other than a pistol rail on a 16" carbine looking strangely dorktastic, everything else has its own particular charm.
Perhaps this graphic might be of help to someone looking to visualize what changing their carbine/pistol/etc. rails/barrels/stocks around would result in.
