How rare is the youth model 10/22? Not finding much info on them.

Why buy a Youth length 10/22 when you can get any number of adjustable length stocks?  My guess is that is what most people do, and, thus, why you don't see too much on the Youth model.

I used to see them at Gander Mountain all the time.  They've been harder to find, but not impossible.

I like their stock, short barrel, and lack of a barrel band.  Put a mini RDS on it for your kid, and you're golden.  Maybe replace the hammer with a VQ too.

Easy and cheap.....done this for my boys.

Buy a take off basic wood stock for $15-20, cut it down to lenthh you want, make a buttpad from Walmart flip flops.
